Best Venues is exclusively available to professional meeting planners and approved associations to review a select group of properties who have joined Best Venues in a uniquely structured program that allows meetings to be booked at demonstrable savings.

Our concept is simple.  A market cross section of hotel ownership groups have joined to participate in the Best Venues Rebate Program. These multi-property, multi-brand owners are willing to offer a special rebate to reward Best Venue members for selecting their properties. 

You may review these properties by State by clicking the "Search By" button on the left.  We also offer a special list of resort type properties for those meetings requiring resort amenities. If you find a property that may fit your criteria, fill in the Rebate Availability Request. This allows us the opportunity to verify in our database that our rebate is available for your selected dates. With an affirmative response you can contact the property and negotiate your best rate for your dates. You do not have to disclose that you found the property through Best Venues or that you are intending to use the Best Venues Rebate program. We want you to be assured that you have received the property’s absolute best, arms-length negotiated rate.

Once you have a written quote, but before you go to contract, fill-in our simple Best Venues Rebate Request form. Within one business day you will receive your Rebate Guarantee. Once your meeting has concluded, submit your certificate and within 10 business days the designated recipient will receive a rebate check in the amount of 10% of the non-tax portion of the total sleeping room expenditure.

If the rate you were quoted is a commissionable rate, your commission would still be calculated on your property-direct, quoted rate. By example, if your quoted rate is $150.00 per night your commission would remain at $15.00 per night and the rebate would be paid in addition to the commission.
